Terms

Website Terms of Use

These terms apply to use of the iGenAI website. They do not replace a signed engagement agreement, proposal, statement of work or client-specific legal terms.

Effective date: 17 June 2026

General information only

Website content is provided for general information about iGenAI and the business impact, governance and risk considerations associated with artificial intelligence. It is not legal, financial, tax, accounting, investment, technology, cyber security or other professional advice.

No advisory relationship

Visiting the website, downloading material, contacting iGenAI or submitting an enquiry does not create an adviser-client, fiduciary, agency or other professional relationship, require iGenAI to accept an engagement, or make information confidential or legally privileged.

An advisory relationship begins only when the relevant parties sign an engagement agreement or statement of work.

Services and outcomes

Descriptions of iGenAI services are general and may change. The scope, timing, fees, responsibilities, assumptions and deliverables for any engagement will be set out in a separate written agreement.

iGenAI does not guarantee that a particular AI initiative will be approved or implemented, that a specific financial or operational outcome will occur, or that any technology, vendor or implementation partner will perform in a particular way.

Technology independence

iGenAI describes its advisory model as technology-independent, vendor-neutral and commission-free. If a future commercial relationship may affect that position, it should be disclosed where relevant.

Accuracy and availability

iGenAI aims to keep website information accurate and useful but does not promise that all content is complete, current, error-free or suitable for a particular purpose. The website may be changed, suspended or unavailable without notice.

Nothing in these terms excludes a guarantee, right or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law or other applicable law.

Intellectual property

Unless otherwise stated, iGenAI or its licensors own the intellectual property in the website, including its text, structure, branding, graphics, documents and downloadable materials. Visitors may view and make a reasonable internal copy of website content for personal or internal business evaluation.

Acceptable use

A visitor must not use the website unlawfully, attempt unauthorised access, introduce malicious code, submit false or harmful material, use the enquiry form for spam, or infringe another person's privacy, confidentiality or intellectual property.

Third-party links and services

The website may link to third-party websites, platforms or resources. Links are provided for convenience and do not necessarily indicate endorsement. Visitors use third-party services at their own discretion and subject to the third party's terms.

Privacy

iGenAI handles personal information as described in its Privacy Policy.

Governing law and contact

These terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia, unless another jurisdiction is agreed in writing. Questions about the website or these terms may be sent to mario@igen.com.au.
